We are from Washington and have been working with Paul to find a property in the Dover area. He has a great deal of knowledge and has gone above and beyond to check out multiple properties for us. He’s very responsive and patient with my plethora of questions. I can only imagine how difficult it can be working with a family that’s out of state! I can't recommend him high enough!

Paul Reizen is an extremely nice sincere person who goes far and above the needed services of a real estate salesperson. We have worked with several realtors over the last few months having sold a house and now purchasing a home with Paul. None of them matched the efforts and results that Paul gave us. He far exceeded our expectations in all steps and phases of difficult to accomplish purchase since we live outside the state of Idaho. He did so before continues to do so after completion of the purchase in attending to all questions and needs that we ask. He does so in a positive manner and continues to treat us with friendly, genuine respect no matter how unimportant the question. He is quick to respond with answers even those needing research and is never to busy to do so. Without Paul's help our purchase would have been cumbersome . Paul went above and beyond, thinking outside the box from day 1. He was top notch in every category working with me and the sellers of the property. He knew what I was looking for and made it happen. I would refer Paul to anyone anytime. He took care of every little detail while I was out of state to ensure everything went perfect from start to finish. Paul was by far the best realtor we have ever had. We've only purchased 3 homes in our life, but he was great! From the first day we contacted him on a property we were looking at, to the day we closed escrow, he was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had regarding our purchase. He always answered or returned calls promptly. He always made us feel as if we were his most important clients. That was very, very cool for us, an entirely new experience really. Our previous experiences with realtors has always been completely the opposite. Lol, as Paul knows too well dealing with our realtor selling our house in California. Best Realtor Ever!!! I'd give him 11stars but the rating doesn't go that high!

Paul Reizen is by far the best realtor we have ever had. We were so lucky to find him. We have only purchased a few properties over the years, but unlike other realtors, he has always made us feel like his most important clients. When we first started looking at homes to buy in the North Idaho area, we actually had a different realtor that we would talk to from time to time and ask questions. Then we contacted Paul on a property we were interested in seeing, and he was great from day one!. So nice, polite, down to earth and very approachable. He answered any questions we had and was continuously updating and contacting us on properties we might be interested in. It was great!!! We made several trips, 8 or more, moving things from California to Idaho. When we were gone he would line us up with 4 or 5 homes to take us to look at when we were back up here the following week. He talked to us all the time, kept us informed of new listings, and was ALWAYS there to answer and/or return our calls (mostly answer) usually within the hour. As Paul can attest to, we have had a wee bit of difficulty with the other realtors selling our home, haha. Eventually Paul found us our beautiful dream home. It closed 2 weeks ago, Paul still answers all my texts almost immediately, and i have no doubt he will always be that great guy that helps me and answers any questions i might have.

Paul was responsive, professional and very easy to talk to. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and was constantly active in helping. He made the process enjoyable from viewing property to all the closing documentation which is not fun at times. I would highly recommend him.
